Customizing mobility services

Travelers' expectations regarding the customization of transportation services have never been higher. The technological and individualized environment in which we live allows us to provide personalized recommendations and collect data on individual behavior in order to design more inclusive and relevant mobility services:

  • Provide the most accurate travel information, tailored to each individual's situation (timetables, routes, services), via smart, customizable mobile apps.

  • Making mobility a single service offering, regardless of the mode of transport (public transport, but also bike sharing, carpooling, alternative modes of transport, etc.), thanks to single information portals and integrated payment options;

  • Enabling real-time feedback from users on their mobility experience and allowing their data to be used to continuously improve the collective experience.

Customizing public transportation for greater inclusion

Faced with the individualization of transportation and the temptation to use personal vehicles, we must work to make public transportation attractive to everyone. This attractiveness requires improved service quality, but also personalized support for each passenger, information, and choice. It also requires better communication about our professions and our role in society as a key player in the region.

  • Ensure optimal service quality through smart and reliable mobility technologies.

  • Make real-time passenger information clear and immediately understandable. Personalize this information according to each passenger's expectations, mobility habits, and pace. In addition, enable human interaction and dialogue when necessary.

  • Develop flexible transport options (on-demand transport, autonomous shuttles) to meet everyone's needs and expectations;

  • Promote inclusivity and the collective experience in transport, while taking care to provide personal added value to each individual. Actively promote the values of freedom, convenience, and friendliness associated with public transport.
