Keolis accelerates innovation for sustainable and high-performance mobility

Recap of the 2023 Edition

During the last "Back to the Future" workshop, 75 people gathered, leading to significant innovations for Keolis:

1. Kustomize: Personalized schedules for drivers, promoting a better work-life balance. This won the "AI and HR" Grand Prize by Hub France IA in December 2024.

2. Voix du Volant: Enhanced communication between managers and drivers through a dedicated app.

3. Decibel: Focused on reducing noise pollution in transport services.

4. Split: Optimized disruption management by effectively mobilizing teams with an interactive mobile app.

Workshop 2025: toward a sustainable and desirable future

The January 2025 workshop emphasized

- hyper-personalization of the customer experience,

- improving commercial speed,

- reducing mobility impact,

- enhancing resilience.

Promising prototypes were generated, aimed at development and implementation. The goal is to turn these ideas into practical solutions that enrich the customer experience and boost environmental benefits across the group’s subsidiaries.

This ongoing innovation process reflects Keolis' commitment to more responsible and efficient public transportation, integrating social and environmental values into its services.
